I am a person and I exist and my name is Bob! I like to draw stuff and sometimes paint. You can find out more about me on my social media links above. Most of my caricature stuff is on my Facebook business page whereas Tik tok and Youtube mainly show my forays into timelapse video editing. The aim of this site is to present ideas for decorating your home or business with high quality fun and bright visuals that will appeal to your wilder side and inspire your imagination. The site is currently aimed at selling in the UK. If you are from overseas and are interested in buying let me know which country and I'll check out the delivery costs and get back to you.
Do let me know if you see anything that you would prefer to buy if it were printed in a different medium or size than as advertised. Or if you would like to purchase a print of some work that you have seen on my other sites. By all means let me know and if its doable I'll send you a mock up.
Returns Policy
In accordance with UK law you have up to 14 days from purchase to inform us that you wish to return any items bought and you don't have to provide an explanation. Please email backupbob41@gmail.com to let us know and we will provide the return address. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back during which time we will provide the refund. Please note that the refund will not include the cost of returning the item, you will need to pay for this yourself and we request that you package the item/items securely.
If you wish to return an item after the first 14 days from purchasing you will need to let us know the reason.
If you can show that the item is damaged and/or not as described we will offer to refund or replace the item.
BRIEF NOTE ON COLOR CONSISTENCY.
When printing multiple factors influence the color, consistency, and final result: machine type, machine settings, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few examples.
Color variations that may occur due to the above-mentioned reasons will be considered as being within
acceptable tolerance levels and not as reasonable grounds for requesting a refund.
Shipping
UK residents should expect delivery within 8 days. T-Shirts can take up to 10 days. Please note large orders may take longer. If you live outside of the UK please contact me for a quote on delivering to your country.
Incomplete Orders
In the event that not every item purchased arrives on the same day please first of all check the shipping carrier for multiple tracking links to see if the order was shipped in multiple packages. If there is no evidence of a further package being processed please get in touch via email and we will chase it up.
BRIEF NOTE ABOUT FRAMED POSTERS
Please note, that the posters and the frames are shipped unmounted but together.
The posters are put inside the package in a cardboard envelope that can be confused with a cardboard liner that protects the frame. In the event that the poster was not delivered with the frame and there is only 1 tracking link shown please get in touch and we will get the poster sent to you at no extra cost.
Lost in Transit/Not delivered?
You need to inform us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to get a refund or a replacement.
Before doing so please check the following things,
That the delivery address you supplied is correct.
That you have contacted your local mail sorting office or the shipping carrier to locate the order.
That the order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
That it's been a week since the estimated delivery date.
There's no recent updates by the shipping carrier on the tracking link.
If the shipping courier shows that the item is marked as delivered then you will have to cover the cost of a replacement. In this instance we would advise to check with other people who you live with. Also check for any delivery notes that you may have received and to contact the shipping carrier again for further information.
Return To Sender
If the item was returned to sender due to recipient being unavailable when the courier attempted delivery
the cost of the replacement will be covered.
Where an item has been returned to sender as undeliverable due to an incomplete or incorrect address or because the item was rejected on delivery you will have to cover the cost of a replacement order.
In light of this please do not give a PO BOX address or an address of a military installation as the shipping address.
